Terms of car rental
Company EGCars, renders the car to the client in the following conditions:
For renting the car is required:
- attaining 21;
- at least 2 years’ driving experience.
Availability of documents:
- Passport certifying a person (for foreigners- Internal or International passport);
- Driver`s license.
Payment for car rental services is provided by:
- bycredit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard);
- cash;
- bank transfer (on invoice).
While signing the agreement, the client pays full price of car rental and the deposit (franchise) on the client`s card. The deposit amount depends on the class of the chosen car. Funds blocked for the car rental period are unlocked after returning the car and the fulfillment of all terms and conditions according to car rental agreement and within the period established by the international banking system! The mortgage sum (deposit) may work as an unconditional deductible (amount of tenant`s liability) in case of any damage to the car or its components.
Delivery and picking up the car:
Delivery and picking up the car is carried out during working hours. Issuance and reception of cars within the city is free. The cost of issuing / accepting a car outside the city, during off-hours, fitting to other cities - is established by the manager.
Rental time :
The standard one-day rent gives you the right to use the car within 24 hours. If this term is exceeded by more than 1 hour, another full one-day fare will be charged for every next day of car rental. Minimum rental time is 24 hours. In case of returning the car before an established time according to the Rental Agreement, full price is paid.
